Where do I put the laundry sheet in the washing machine?

Whether you have a top-load or front-load washing machine, we make it simple. Place your Detergent Sheets on top of your load and begin your washing cycle as usual.

Does Laundry Leaf work with H.E. (High-Efficiency) Washing Machines?

Absolutely! We proudly work with any and all kinds of washing machines.

Is Laundry Leaf safe to wash with wool, cotton, silk and other delicate fabrics?

Laundry Leaf uses a gentle cleaning formula that’s safe to use on all types of fabrics. However, just like any new detergent, it can be smart to first do a small test to be sure.

How many laundry sheets should I use?

Use less to save more! Our pre-measured and pre-cut laundry detergent sheets make doing laundry easy.

  • Small Load - 1/2 Sheet
  • Medium Load - 1 Sheet
  • Large Load - 1 to 2 Sheets

The average load sizes range from a Small Load (lighter load like workout clothes), and a Large Load (heavier load like bedding or towels).

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship from?

We proudly ship from Kelowna, BC Canada! Orders arrive to anywhere in Canada in 3-4 business days.

For US orders, we use USPS and it takes on average 2 - 7 business days to arrive.

When will I receive my order?

Canada: Delivery time is approximately 3-4 business days after receiving your shipping email confirmation.

USA: Delivery time is approximately 2-7 business days after receiving your shipping email confirmation.

International: Delivery time is approximately 5-14 business days after receiving your shipping email confirmation.

What is your subscription cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any point, for any reason.

If you have an upcoming scheduled delivery, you have until midnight (PST) of the previous day to cancel your order and not be charged. If you try to cancel your order after receiving a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been processed and is on route to you.

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event you receive damaged or defective items, please email us at support@also.green with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defected item” and include your Order Number along with a photo of the issue, and we will promptly investigate and, if necessary, send you a replacement product within 2-3 business days.

If you don't 100% love Laundry Leaf, just email us and we'll refund you within 60 days from the date of delivery. Simply email our support team at support@also.green with your order number. Please note that the refunded amount will reflect only the product purchase price.
